Piickr Grievance Redressal Policy
This policy is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended), which require platforms to appoint a Grievance Officer and publish a mechanism for users to report complaints.
1. What You Can Report
- Incorrect, misleading, or offensive content displayed on the Site.
- Privacy or data-protection concerns, including misuse of your personal data.
- Account, billing, or access issues not resolved through normal support.
- Suspected impersonation, fraud, or unauthorized use of the Piickr name or branding.
- Any other complaint relating to your use of the Services.
2. Grievance Officer
Replace the bracketed name above with your appointed Grievance Officer before publishing — this is a legal requirement, not optional placeholder text.
3. How to File a Complaint
Send an email to grievance@piickr.in with:
- Your name and the email/phone number registered with your Piickr account (if applicable).
- A clear description of the issue, including relevant URLs, screenshots, or dates.
- Any supporting documents.
4. Response Timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receipt.
- Resolution: within 15 calendar days of receipt, as required under the IT Rules, 2021. Complex matters may take longer; we will keep you informed of progress.
5. Escalation
